YOUR PETS ARE WELCOME!

Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. The Reserve on Cave Creek knows your four-footed companions are the happiest right by your side and that’s why we allow up to two pets per household.

The Reserve offers many spacious floor plan options, with options for a balcony, porch or enclosed sunroom. You are also welcome to walk you pet on a leash in our shared green spaces and courtyards. Our community is also purr-fectly surrounded by parks and recreation areas, providing beautiful scenery and space for you and your animals to enjoy.

Here at The Reserve, our community loves pets, nonetheless we ask that our furry friends are kept on a leash at all times when in shared spaces. We take pride in our grounds and landscaping and are delighted to know our residents clean up after their pets. We encourage all pet owners to carry a supply of bags and use the provided stations to dispose of pet waste properly. Together, we'll keep The Reserve on Cave Creek a beautiful place for all.
